Efficient Parenting – Lesson Plans Page 134 /170 ACTIVITY 7 SHARING EXPERIENCES AND INSIGHTS| 15 MIN Objective: The purpose of this training is to create an open space for participants to share personal experiences with disinformation and discuss strategies for dealing with it. The goal is also to facilitate the exchange of effective methods for teaching children about critical media literacy. Giving participants the opportunity to share their experiences to the group. Open Floor: Participants are encouraged to share their experiences with disinformation, how they dealt with it and strategies they use to teach critical media literacy to their children. Evaluation: This open-ended format is valuable for building community and learning from peers. By sharing experiences, participants can learn from each other's successes and challenges, gaining insight into effective strategies for dealing with misinformation. It also reinforces the idea that everyone is susceptible to disinformation, making the topic more accessible and less stigmatizing. ACTIVITY 8 QUESTIONS | 10 MIN Objective: The purpose of this training is to reinforce the main points of the session, provide additional resources for parents and closing remarks. The optional question and answer section allows participants to ask more questions, delve deeper into the topics and connect with other parents and the trainer.
