Understand the Importance of Self-Care: Recognize the need to prioritize personal well- being to prevent burnout. Develop a Personalized Self-Care Plan: Create a customized self-care plan that addresses emotional, physical, and social needs. Implement Self-Care Strategies: Learn practical techniques such as mindfulness, physical activity, and stress management. Connect with Support Groups: Understand the benefits of joining or creating support circles and connect with others for mutual encouragement. Celebrate Progress and Set Boundaries: Learn how to celebrate small wins and set realistic expectations for self-care.. SUPPLIES What exactly is needed for this activity? 1. Flip Chart/Whiteboard/Projector for visual aids and writing prompts • Face-to-Face: Use a physical flip chart, whiteboard, or projector for visual aids. • Online: Use the screen-share function to display a virtual whiteboard, slideshow, or document where notes can be added in real-time. 2. Self-Care Plan Templates for each participant (digital or printed) • Face-to-Face: Provide printed copies of the self-care plan template for participants to fill out.
