EP-II Training Curriculum: Lesson Plans.

Efficient Parenting – Lesson Plans Page 38 /170 General information Creating both short-term and long-term plans is essential for effective caregiving and personal management. Short-term plans help caregivers focus on daily or weekly tasks, prioritize activities, and manage time efficiently. They ensure that immediate needs are met, reducing stress and increasing productivity. Long-term plans, on the other hand, provide a strategic roadmap for the future. They account for a child’s evolving needs, helping caregivers anticipate changes and prepare for significant transitions, such as school, healthcare, or housing arrangements. Together, these plans enable a balanced approach, ensuring stability and continuity in caregiving and overall family life. LESSON OBJECTIVES The participant can/will... 1.
