Face-to-Face: • Prepare printed handouts on Bullet Journaling and long-term planning strategies. • Ensure all necessary supplies are available for participants (journals, pens, and templates). • Set up a projector and laptop for presentation slides on planning processes. • Arrange seating in a U-shape or small group circles to facilitate discussion and sharing. 2. Online: • Prepare and share digital copies of handouts on Bullet Journaling and long-term planning strategies before the session. • Ensure digital tools (e.g., screen sharing, breakout rooms) are set up for a smooth delivery. • Provide participants with a link to the session and any necessary software or apps in advance (Zoom, Teams, Miro, etc.). • Confirm that participants have access to digital templates and resources (Google Docs, Notion, etc.).
