Efficient Parenting – Lesson Plans Page 45 /170 Learning objectives Establish a series of guidelines so that, during de activities, learning is continues and permanent. Identify the type of learning to be developed in each activity, trying to maintain coherence among them all. Examine such learning on a continuous and linear basis in order to be able to evaluate the positive or negative results of such learning. Not for the purpose of evaluating the participants, but to evaluate the activities themselves. Establish a link between activities and learning as between trainers and participants. Type of activity Explanation, links, references… For this activity, research will be done on articles or different writings on the importance of lifelong learning in all fields. These links will be provided so that they can read and analyze them and, in this way, motivate the target group, with these examples, to carry out this type of learning. The Padlet tool will also be used to reflect on what has been learned and to share it with colleagues. Introduction of the activity The importance of lifelong learning is introduced, explaining why it is relevant in different areas of life and work. The objectives of the activity are presented: to encourage critical reading, resource analysis and personal reflection on the need for continuous learning. Research Resources Links are provided to a few selected articles, essays, or writings on the topic. These resources will be shared through an easily accessible platform (email, virtual classroom, etc.). Participants will be required to read and analyze the resources, focusing on key points about the importance of lifelong learning. Analysis and Personal Reflection Participants will engage in individual reflection on the texts read. They are encouraged to think about how lifelong learning can impact their personal and professional lives.
