Third Transnational Project Meeting

Collaboration, Momentum, and Impact: Reflections from TPM3 of the EP-II Project

As the Efficient Parenting in Times of Permacrises (EP-II) project continues to gain momentum, the 3rd Transnational Project Meeting (TPM3), hosted by PARAGON-eduTech, held on 11 July 2025 in Chania, Crete, served as a powerful reminder of what dedicated partnership can achieve.

Set against the backdrop of a project deeply rooted in empathy, education, and resilience, TPM3 brought together partners from across Europe to celebrate progress, solve challenges, and plan with purpose. The atmosphere was one of shared enthusiasm and commitment. With each partner contributing updates, insights, and practical next steps, the meeting was not only efficient—it was energising.

One of the highlights was the collaborative finalisation of the EP-II Training Curriculum, which will soon be made available in an interactive Flipbook format across five languages. The piloting process, already underway in several countries, reflects the diversity and reach of the project’s impact—reaching schools, youth organisations, and individual learners alike.

Equally exciting was the work on the eLearning platform, where partners aligned on making the MOOC fully multilingual and user-friendly. The synergy in the room as tasks were assigned and next steps mapped out showcased just how much the consortium values clarity, collaboration, and action.

Dissemination strategies were re-energised, too, with partners ready to bring EP-II into more communities through upcoming Multiplier Events. And while the meeting was all business at its core, the underlying tone was one of optimism—for the tools we’re creating, for the families we hope to support, and for the future projects already taking shape in our minds.

EP-II is not just about parenting in times of crisis—it's about building something lasting in times of change. TPM3 made that clearer than ever.
