Design and Implementation (work package 1) is focused on monitoring the project from start to finish. This includes ensuring effective communication between partners to meet deadlines, organizing meetings and events related to the project, promoting and disseminating information about the program, as well as tracking and highlighting the program's outcomes and achievements.
Training Curriculum (work package 2) aims to create an interactive learning programme tailored to the needs of parents, guardians, and caregivers. The program provides personalized educational experiences to help these individuals develop the skills and knowledge necessary to support the growth and development of the children under their care, through a blended learning approach.
The eLearning Platform (work package 3) encompasses all aspects of the e-learning platform development, starting from the platform's design and activities to guaranteeing its accessibility and user-friendliness for the most effective results. The goal is to ensure that the platform becomes a supportive tool for the participants.
Dissemination and Outreach Activities (work package 4) refers to the dissemination plan that outlines the strategies to promote and accurately measure the results of a project. The plan specifies various means and channels through which information about the project and its outcomes will be shared with target groups and stakeholders at local, regional, national, European, and international levels.
