Work Package 01 Step by Step
A Project Monitoring Committee (PMC) has been established, comprising the Contact Persons. The committee oversees the project activities throughout the project. During the first meeting, the partners worked together to finalize the evaluation criteria as per the proposal.
To keep track of the project's progress, the EP-II Gantt Chart is the primary tool used. During the meetings, partners provide updates on the status of their assigned tasks. This enables the partnership to share information and determine if any extra help is required to meet deadlines. The meetings also serves as an opportunity for activity leaders to remind partners that they are interdependent and must complete their tasks on time to ensure that the activity is completed within the deadlines. This should be done in a collaborative and mutually supportive context. It's essential to keep in mind the approach "we are all in this together" to build a collaborative environment between partners.
The Quality Management Plan includes:
- Objectives:
Project Objectives; Quality Matters Standards; Compliance with application; European Priorities;Impact.
- Project Management:
Management Processes; Communication Reporting; Achievement.
- Activities:
Partner Meetings; Project Events; Dissemination.
- Outcomes:
Innovation; Accessibility; Target Groups; Stakeholder review.
To ensure the project stays on track achievements of project activities are monitored on an ongoing basis. The role of the Universities representing the direct target groups have a critical role in these processes.
